Green Dot is a financial technology and bank holding company that provides solutions to Americans unbanked with its range of prepaid debit cards (plastic) and financial digital products.
The portfolio of Green Dot products, from plastic to all digitals, offered disparate user experiences between brands and digital platforms.
In the FinTech space Green Dot had a vision in becoming a BaaS (Banking As A Service). A white label banking. The financial platform.
From the ground up, they needed to build a platform that is scalable, reliable, and branded > Flex Platform.
As their Lead Designer, I build Flex Web as a design and development UI framework consisting of reusable patterns. Flex Web provides UX-approved templates that can be used in thousands of different combinations to solve any business requirement.
Also created a digital style guide to ensure a cohesive design accross products.
Flex Web is made based on Blocks, Modules and Elements that together create a page.
Flex Web pages use components form a reusable UI pattern library that can be mixed and matched to build a vast array of pages.
Fully responsive framework that is mobile first in concept, but adapts to any screen size, large or small.
